On-site, Full-Time About the Role Our client is a leading engineering and surveying organization supporting complex private land development and public works projects . We are seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead surveying, mapping, and construction staking projects from proposal through final delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, scope, and deliverables. Lead surveying and construction staking projects and supervise field crews. Prepare and review Boundary, Topographic, ALTA/NSPS, As-Built, and Subdivision Maps . Perform boundary analysis, closure calculations, legal descriptions, exhibits, and staking calculations. Coordinate submittals with city, county, and regulatory agencies. Support construction bid documents and contract administration. Communicate with clients, contractors, engineers, consultants, and public agencies. Manage staff scheduling, workload distribution, and performance. Required Qualifications Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license - Required. 5+ years of progressive surveying and mapping experience. 3+ years of supervisory or management experience. Experience with private land development and/or public works projects . Strong knowledge of California surveying regulations and municipal standards . Experience with construction staking calculations and construction cost estimating. Technical Skills AutoCAD Civil 3D Trimble Business Center Bluebeam Microsoft Office Carlson Software is a plus.
