Hybrid - Onsite Wednesday & Thursday, Remote Monday, Tuesday & Friday Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Consultant, Engineering to support engineering project scheduling, project controls, performance reporting, resource planning, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong Primavera P6, Excel, project scheduling, and performance reporting experience. This position requires someone who can analyze large datasets, develop dashboards and reports, monitor KPIs, and work effectively with engineering teams and management. Responsibilities Maintain Design Engineering project schedules and portfolio status. Prepare project status, scope, schedule, and performance reports. Update project information using Primavera P6, Excel, Access, and Power BI. Facilitate project schedule changes and re-baselining. Create and maintain engineering performance metrics and KPIs. Support resource planning, including LRP, EPEF, and histograms. Analyze financial, operational, and customer performance data. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports. Monitor performance against established KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations to improve business and project performance. Support performance goals, action plans, and progress tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various levels of management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Primavera P6 schedule updating and reporting. 7+ years of experience in performance data analysis and reporting. Intermediate knowledge of Primavera P6, including: Filters and layouts Schedule reporting Histograms Schedule assessment Strong understanding of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and activity relationships/logic within P6 schedules. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and management. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Design Engineering or Construction schedules. Strong Project Controls experience. Experience with Power BI and data visualization. Experience with Microsoft Access and SAP. Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification. Experience developing performance dashboards and KPI reporting. Ideal Candidate Strong Primavera P6 / Project Scheduling background. Experienced in Project Controls and performance reporting. Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets. Able to turn complex data into clear reports and actionable recommendations.
