Information Technology Rosemead, California Contract to Hire Sep 10, 2026 Senior Project / Program Manager - Cyber Security We are seeking a Senior Project / Program Manager with a strong Cyber Security background to lead multiple concurrent technology and security initiatives. Responsibilities Lead 8-10 concurrent Cyber Security and technology projects
Provide both project and program management leadership
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets
Develop and manage project plans and resource allocation
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors/consultants
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and changes to stakeholders
Manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance
Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
Support multiple related initiatives as part of broader programs
Mentor and collaborate with project management team members
Drive continuous improvement and successful delivery of strategic initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
3-5+ years of project/program management experience
Cyber Security project experience required
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and financial management skills
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively with IT, Cyber Security, business teams, and vendors
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
