Infrastructure Project Manager IV 12 months assignment M-F 8-5 Rosemead, CA (Hybrid- Tues & Wed-Onsite)

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Project Management certification preferred. Possesses seven to ten years of project management experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • A senior-level Delivery Manager supporting the org's Continuous Technology Modernization Simplification (CTMS) program across the Application, Infrastructure, and AI Enablement workstreams will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of modernization initiatives, coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams, and ensure alignment with org architectural, financial, and operational objectives.
  • Driving project schedules, facilitating due diligence and design sessions, managing risks and dependencies, reviewing and approving solution documentation, coordinating vendors and MSPs, and ensuring milestones are met.
  • The role also requires maintaining clear communications across stakeholders, ensuring issues and opportunities are escalated appropriately, supporting business case development, and enabling consistent governance and delivery practices across CTMS activities to keep all workstreams synchronized and moving toward execution readiness.
Required Skills/Attributes:
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-domain modernization efforts (application rationalization, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, decommissioning, platform consolidation).
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, product managers, and SMEs.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of translating technical detail into business-ready language.
  • Proven vendor and MSP management experience, including SOW execution and milestone-based performance oversight.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
Minimum Years of Experience:
7+
Desired Skills/Attributes:
  • PMP
  • Agile delivery credentials, such as PMI ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or Leading SAFe
  • Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS) helpful for evaluating and coordinating modernization and platform work.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's preferred in a related field or equivalent work experience
