Job Description
Description Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project managers and field teams throughout the construction process. This role will help keep projects on track by coordinating schedules, documentation, communication, and administrative details from project kickoff through completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment with multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities
+ Provide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers and field teams
+ Assist with project scheduling, timelines, and tracking deadlines
+ Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, contracts, and files
+ Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
+ Assist with purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and billing documentation
+ Track RFIs, submittals, permits, and other project requirements
+ Schedule meetings, site visits, inspections, and project-related activities
+ Maintain project logs and update spreadsheets and internal systems
+ Follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving forward
+ Assist with gathering information and preparing project reports
+ Support project closeout documentation and final deliverables
+ Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules as needed
+ Provide general administrative support to the construction and operations teams Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of project coordination, construction administration, or related experience
+ Construction industry experience strongly preferred
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
+ Experience with construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar is a plus
+ Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
