$33.50-$38.50/hr Position Overview The Project Coordinator II will support multiple operational and safety initiatives within a maintenance and operations environment. This role focuses on supporting workplace safety programs, coordinating inventory/material management processes, and assisting leadership with project documentation, communication, and training efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in utility operations, inventory/material handling, and fostering a strong safety-first culture. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Support operational and safety-focused initiatives across maintenance and operations teams Coordinate projects related to workplace safety programs and employee safety awareness Collaborate with project leadership and site management to support ongoing initiatives Assist with inventory audits and material tracking processes Conduct initial inventory assessments and help establish sustainable inventory maintenance procedures Schedule meetings and maintain project documentation Update project plans and assist with status reporting and presentations Collect, validate, and organize project-related information Support communication and training activities for operational teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2-5 years of relevant experience Experience in utility operations environments Familiarity with material handling and inventory processes Strong understanding of safety culture and safety-first practices Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities Ability to work effectively with represented employees Proficiency with: MS Project Visio Excel Word Preferred Candidate Profile Strong coordination and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment Proactive and collaborative mindset Ability to manage documentation and reporting with accuracy and efficiency ...
