Job Description
As a Finance Transformation Project Management Consultant, you will provide end-to-end project management of global finance transformation initiatives spanning process re-engineering, automation, and technology enablement. Acting as a key liaison across Finance & Controllership, Engineering, Technology, and external partners, you will align systems, processes, controls, and reporting with enterprise goals, while managing workstreams, risks, dependencies, and delivery against scope, budget, and timelines.
+ Lead global financetransformation initiatives, including process re-engineering, digitalenablement (ERP upgrades, automation, RPA, AI-enabled solutions). Partnerwith key functional leaders to understand their objectives, technologyroadmaps, and process changes aligning execution with business objectivesand technology roadmaps.
+ Develop and managecomprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies,resources, risks, and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on track andaligned to organizational priorities. Establish appropriate projectgovernance, sponsorship, and stakeholder alignment around projectobjectives, scope, solution, budget, and timelines.
+ Day to day ownership ofproject delivery, proactively building trusted working relationships withfinance functional leaders, business leaders, engineering and technologypartners to drive alignment, increase collaboration and optimize projectoperations.
+ Identify risks, dependenciesand issues across the project. Develop mitigation strategies andcoordinate mitigation actions to meet the broader organization goals,milestones and objectives.
+ Clearly communicate projectstrategy, updates, escalation of risks/issues to project stakeholders,levels of management, including executive leadership teams across thefinance organization.
+ Establish and facilitateeffective operating cadences, including project team meetings, statusreviews, and governance forums, to maintain momentum and accelerateexecution
+ Leveragedata and performance insights to measure outcomes, identify opportunities,and demonstrate the business impact of transformation initiatives.
+ Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA preferred. + 10-15+ years of project orprogram management experience leading enterprise-scale finance and/orbusiness process transformation initiatives in a global, cross-functionalenvironment. PM certification is an advantage
+ Experience in technology(SaaS, software, collaboration/ social platforms) is required.
+ Proven experience leadingcomplex transformation initiatives involving process optimization,technology implementations, automation, ERP, RPA, and/or AI-enabledsolutions.
+ Strong understanding ofproject and program management methodologies, including planning,execution, governance, and full project lifecycle management.
+ Exceptional stakeholdermanagement, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability tobuild alignment and drive decisions across senior leaders andcross-functional teams.
+ Strong business acumen withdemonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, navigate shifting priorities,and effectively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies.
+ Highly organized,detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a strong track record ofdelivering against timelines and project objectives.
+ Demonstrated ability to leadthrough influence, build credibility, and operate effectively withoutdirect authority across multiple teams and global locations.
+ Ability to operateautonomously while managing multiple priorities, applying strong criticalthinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong leadership presenceand ability to effectively engage stakeholders and partners at all levels,including executive leadership.
+ Results-orientedmindset with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and urgency todrive initiatives through completion.
+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. +
Pay Range:
$ 75-90/hr +
