You will not just manage projects; you will manage the people who execute them. This role is built for a strategic operator who thrives on team development, process optimization, and managing complex public works projects.
Must-Have Requirements Experience:
5+ years of dedicated project management experience.
Leadership:
Proven track record leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Project Managers.
Industry Sector:
Proven experience executing and navigating public works projects.
Core Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Oversee, coach, and elevate a team of internal Project Managers to ensure consistent project delivery.
Public Works Governance:
Manage complex public works lifecycles, ensuring strict compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations.
Strategic Oversight:
Standardize project management methodologies across the team to improve efficiency, timeline adherence, and budget control.
Qualitative Performance:
Focus deeply on operational excellence
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
