This is a stable, well-capitalized business with a full pipeline of ground-up multifamily work and real momentum. They are expanding into new markets and need a Senior PM to help lead the charge. ???????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????? ???????? ???????? ????????????????: Run a ground-up multifamily project from the front: budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and the client relationship all sit with you. You are on-site, driving the job through to occupancy and keeping quality and safety non-negotiable. ???????????????? ????????????'???????? ????????????????????: Proven experience running ground-up multifamily construction as a PM or Senior PM Ownership of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination from preconstruction to closeout Comfort managing multiple trades and stakeholders on-site through to completion ???????????????? ???????? ????????????????
