  • Full time Job Summary We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the development and deployment of complex hardware tester systems used in manufacturing and validation environments.
The role will coordinate multiple PCBAs, mechanical assemblies, cables, connectors, and system-level components through the full hardware lifecycle, including material readiness, build planning, system integration, bring-up, validation, and production readiness. This position requires strong experience in PCBA-based hardware programs, BOM and material management, cross-functional coordination, and issue tracking across engineering, operations, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end execution of hardware tester system programs consisting of multiple PCBAs, mechanical parts, cables, connectors, power components, and system accessories. Track program milestones from concept, NPI, and prototype builds through validation and production readiness. Manage board-level and system-level BOM readiness, material availability, and part number tracking. Drive hardware build planning and execution across multiple boards and subsystems simultaneously. Partner with Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and external suppliers to resolve issues and maintain schedules. Track engineering changes, material shortages, build risks, and dependency blockers. Monitor build status, integration readiness, bring-up activities, validation progress, and issue closure. Maintain program dashboards, action item trackers, risk registers, and executive status reporting. Coordinate supplier and manufacturing partner activities to ensure material and build readiness. Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and drive accountability for deliverables and action items. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in hardware program management, project coordination, NPI operations, or manufacturing operations. Experience supporting PCBA-based products, server platforms, test systems, or hardware infrastructure programs. Strong understanding of BOM structures, hardware part numbering systems, material planning, and engineering change processes. Experience managing multiple board builds and system integration activities concurrently. Ability to interpret and track hardware assemblies, PCBAs, mechanical components, cables, and subsystem dependencies. Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and issue tracking systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting tester, fixture, validation, manufacturing, or datacenter hardware programs. Familiarity with hardware part numbering and BOM structures (e.g., board assemblies, system assemblies, manufacturing BOMs, and engineering BOMs). Experience working with contract manufacturers and hardware suppliers. Understanding of NPI, prototype, EVT/DVT/PVT, or manufacturing build processes. Experience coordinating material readiness, build execution, and validation activities in a fast-paced hardware environment.
