Position Summary The Project Manager oversees jobs from contract award through installation and closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered and installed correctly, on time, and within budget. Serving as the primary customer contact, the Project Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. Managing multiple projects in various phases, the Project Manager tracks progress, ensures compliance, and drives overall project success. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from order to installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metDrive internal and external coordination to maintain project momentum and resolve issues proactivelyOversee procurement, fabrication, and delivery of materials and equipmentServe as the primary client contact, providing exceptional service and clear communication throughoutLead preconstruction meetings, site inspections, and installation planningCoordinate design changes and collaborate with teams to implement solutionsReview and prepare project drawings, including as-built documentation using design softwareSupport and uphold safety protocols, including project-specific hazard assessments Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of project management or related professional experienceStrong leadership and decision-making skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teamsDemonstrated success driving processes, managing priorities, and delivering resultsExcellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCADStrong budget awareness with effective cost management experienceDetail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly self-motivatedPositive, collaborative team player with a proactive attitude Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related fieldConstruction-focused project management experienceProficiency with budget management software, ERP systems, and project scheduling toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical specificationsKnowledge of AISC steel construction, foundations, and Hilti anchoring systemsHands-on background in field construction methods and best practicesFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and ANSI fall protection standards Pre-Employment Requirements Valid Drivers License & Evidence of Ability to Insure if operating company vehicles or vehicles rented through the companyCriminal Justice Background Check (state and federal)Drug Test (5-panel)E-Verify eligibility verification Physical Requirements This is a primarily sedentary position, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer - up to 8 hours per day. Regular duties include reading, writing, and performing basic calculations to complete necessary documentation. The role requires manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, phone, and standard office equipment. Walking, bending, reaching, and standing, may be required. Some travel is required including driving, flying, and occasional overnight stays depending on site location and business needs. Work Schedule This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch as scheduled with management. This position may require hours beyond the standard working hours listed above to satisfy job duties and department demand.
