Architect / Project Manager

•We are located in downtown Santa Cruz with projects throughout the bay area.



We take pride in providing custom designs; listening to each clients' needs and vision while staying true to our own as well. We encourage collaboration, creativity and asking questions.



We are looking for an Architect / Project Manager who can provide leadership and technical skills at various levels within our firm.



The Architect / Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects and implementing all phases of the projects from start to finish.



You will be involved in all phases of a project, including, but not limited to:



Client meetings and coordination.



Establishing existing conditions.



Coordination of consultants.



Management of permitting process.



Managing schedules and budgets.



Production of Contract Documents.



Construction Management.

•Residential remodels, additions, and new homesCivic projects for local governments and colleges
