Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A PROJECT MANAGER ROLE IN THE CONTRACT FURNITURE INDUSTRY.
  • Planning and estimating, project evaluation
  • Initiate internal project meetings
  • Procure labor estimates for installations and services for assigned projects
  • Develop project timelines and schedules
  • -Evaluate building/site conditions
  • Provide technical product support
  • Specification review and auditing
  • Complete and coordinate work packets with complete information for projects
  • Develop delivery and product installation phasing
  • Field verification
  • Review order status
  • Attend construction/project meetings and record minutes to distribute to internal team
  • Interface with customers, third party representatives, vendors, and company employees in a consistently clear, polite, and professional manner.
  • Ensure appropriate field paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner including project folders, punch lists, project journals, field change orders, etc.
  • Coordinate pre-installation meetings
  • Resolve installation issues
  • Obtain customer approval and sign-off on appropriate documents, i.e. delivery tickets, completed punch list forms, field change orders, etc.
  • Responsible for looking up and specifying replacement parts and completing punch lists and forwarding to O.I.M. Administrator
  • Coordinate punch list issue resolutions
  • Close out projects \n \n $75,000
