You will leverage your expertise in CMMS platforms and technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and prioritize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to align with production schedules. Optimize maintenance labor utilization and resource allocation to maximize equipment uptime. Manage the procurement of repair parts and contract services by generating accurate purchase requests. Develop and refine maintenance work instructions and safety protocols to ensure high-quality outcomes. Facilitate cross-functional meetings with operations and technical teams to streamline maintenance planning. Maintain and update equipment records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Oversee contractor activities during scheduled shutdowns to ensure compliance and efficiency. Lead proactive problem-solving initiatives to resolve complex equipment failures. Qualifications Required Skills Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in high-volume, automated, or lean manufacturing environments. Proven proficiency in utilizing CMMS software for maintenance tracking. Strong ability to interpret complex schematic diagrams and technical documentation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
