Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Jewelry Project Manager to lead our jewelry development initiatives from conception through delivery. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of jewelry designs that meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive project management expertise within the jewelry or related industries, with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder communication. Duties Lead end-to-end project management for jewelry collections, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met while meeting strict deadlines. Work with cross-functional teams through project lifecycle phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Meticulous and organized note-taking of important action items and discussion points garnered from observation of in-person and online client and vendor communications Utilize analysis skills to track project performance, ensuring a smooth operational environment for review by sales staff. Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating communication among client, vendor, management, and sales teams. Skills Passion for project management within manufacturing or related fields; supervisory experience preferred but not required. Proficiency with project management tracking methodologies: primarily, Kanban frameworks. Meticulous and organized note-taking of important action items and discussion points garnered from observation of in-person and online client and vendor communications Streamlining, systemizing, and documenting procedures and templates for repetitive tasks and workflows Monitoring all channels of communication with vendors and clients (email, text, phone, etc.) Coordinating with all team members including sales, inventory, procurement, accounting, operations, and marketing with clear and constant communication Technical proficiency in data collection using Excel. Knowledge of vendor management practices and IT infrastructure relevant to jewelry production projects.
Pay:
$27.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 80.0 per week
