full-time Our client is seeking an experienced Owner's Rep Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through all phases, from pre-development through closeout. Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, and execution to achieve project goals. Serve as the primary liaison between ownership and developers, architects, general contractors, consultants, and public agencies. Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and pay applications. Monitor construction progress, quality, budget, and schedule; proactively resolve issues. Support business development and help expand the firm's client and project portfolio. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or owner's representation. Commercial construction experience in Southern California, ideally with a general contractor. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight timelines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred. Client relationship development and business development experience is a strong plus.
