Skills
  • Lead the planning and coordination of all transfer activities between originating and receiving facilities to ensure a seamless transition with minimal operational disruption Direct cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Materials, Quality, and Finance to achieve project objectives.
Ensure manufacturing readiness through effective inventory positioning, resource planning, material availability, and production ramp-up activities. Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Customers to ensure all transfer activities meet applicable customer, regulatory, and company requirements. Manage engineering change orders (ECOs), change control processes, and routing updates to maintain configuration integrity, traceability, and production continuity. Facilitate timely issue resolution and drive critical decision-making to remove obstacles, mitigate risks, and maintain project schedules. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators to ensure successful execution of transfer objectives. Communicate project status, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders and leadership through regular project reviews and updates. Coordinate material transitions, and production cutover plans to support uninterrupted customer deliveries. Support validation, qualification, and readiness activities required for successful production transfer and startup at the receiving facility. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Engineering or equivalent. Team player who enjoys a fast-paced work environment Must have excellent Microsoft office skills Aerospace experience is preferred Quality Engineering Experience is required. Effective Communicator with the ability to successfully lead projects through cross functional teams. Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) methodologies and practices.
