This role manages schedule and cost control, subcontractor coordination, contract administration, and communication with field teams, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. What You Will Do Lead projects from start-up through closeout and turnover. Develop and maintain schedules, milestone plans, and project deliverable tracking. Manage budgets, cost projections, purchase orders, and project financial controls. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and internal resources across active projects. Prepare project status reports and communicate risks, changes, and recovery actions. Administer submittals and support change order / COR management. Monitor compliance with contract requirements, safety expectations, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Forecast revenue, profitability, and project costs and help deliver assigned portfolio goals. Compensation and Benefits The base pay range is $120,000-140,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, this role offers an incentive-based variable compensation plan. Benefits may include medical benefits, paid time off, and 401k employer match. Why TTS Engineering Inc. What We Are Looking For Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or a similar project leadership role. Strong working knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project reporting. Experience with construction management software; Trimble familiarity is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with clients, field teams, and leadership. Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and the professionalism to manage issues before they impact schedule or cost. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrates the ability to successfully manage a project portfolio of $6-10 million on an annual basis Heavy civil and/or infrastructure project experience is preferred.
