You will be the first and last impression our guests receive, and your warm, friendly, and attentive manner sets the tone for their visit. With a "Guests First" attitude, your responsibilities include: Greeting and welcoming all customers immediately upon arrival, verifying the number in their party, and identifying any special needs (e.g., high chairs, special menus). Introducing guests to our signature seafood dishes and limited time offerings. Receiving payment and making correct change in accordance with established cash handling procedures. Assisting with beverage service, including our specialty iced teas, soft drinks. Keeping the host area neat and well-stocked with essential items such as to-go orders and bakery products. Handling incoming telephone calls promptly and taking to-go orders as appropriate. Maintaining an ample supply of clean menus and assisting in organizing supplies. Assisting service personnel by clearing and setting tables as needed. Resolving customer complaints and suggestions immediately, and notifying the manager of any issues. Willingly supporting other team members to ensure total guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with guest services and relations is a plus. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
