Job Description

Project Manager Stockton, CA PM/CM Services Owner's Representative Description is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our Northern California region in Stockton and build a long-term career at one of the most innovative and growth-oriented building companies in the United States. Overview Lead on-site construction management services as an Owner's Representative for community college projects, ensuring alignment with design standards, budgets, and district requirements. This role manages procurement, contracts, project controls, and coordination among contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery. The Project Manager also oversees risk management, enforces safety standards, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Provides PM/CM Consultant Services for the owner in the California education or public market sector. Ensures operations are executed in accordance with company project management procedures and policies. Ensures delivery and adherence to contractual requirements and that all aspects of owner contracts are accomplished. Manages the procurement phase and development of RFQs and RFPs. Provides oversight of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure relation and compliance to project requirements. Coordinates, directs, and monitors activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities. Manages project controls, cost, schedule, performance activities, and procedures required by the client. Identifies and manages risk on the project, and advises and confers with regional executive prior to implementing risk mitigation actions. Actively participates in internal teams that focus on continuous improvement of the company. Ensures workplace health and safety policies and procedures are clearly communicated and understood by direct reports and enforces rules fairly and uniformly. Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Civil Engineering is preferred 5 or more years of professional experience in Project/Construction Management. Experience working with working with k-12 or high education projects is preferred. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly work in an office and/or construction environment. Conditions regularly include exposure to outdoor elements, hot/cold temperatures, wet conditions, noise, atmospheric conditions, and cramped quarters. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear and use hands to finger, feel and handle; frequently reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must frequently lift and or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. License and Certifications A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record, free from suspensions or restrictions, is required. Travel Requirements The position is based out of Stockton with some travel across the region required. Summary

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $95,000 - $120,000. The Company's salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data.
