Job Description
Minton Door Company, a family ran construction subcontractor, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A background or familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to a Project Managers (PMs) on multiple projects at one time which include the following tasks: Maintain and update project plans, ensuring all details are current and accurate. Assist with daily office tasks, including scheduling, communication, and data entry. Retrieve, organize, and file project-related data for easy access and reference. Attend and assist in job-site meetings, coordinating logistics and taking meeting notes.Qualifications:
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to monitor and track the progress of various projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam. Experience with Sage ERP, positive Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field. Experience in the construction industry, specifically with doors and hardware, is a plus.
