Tahoe Specialty Flooring & Window Design , a Flooring America and Hunter Douglas Gallery Dealer, has an immediate opening for an ambitious, self-reliant Office / Project Coordinator in our Tahoe City showroom.
Position Summary:
Act as liaison between various aspects of each project Billing, Purchasing and Receiving Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Bank deposits Data Entry Estimate and installation scheduling Assist project managers with quote preparation Client interaction and follow through Sales support General administrative tasks Full Time - Monday through Friday Pay and benefits are market competitive Benefits Time to recharge - generous paid time off to help you stay on top of your game. About You The successful candidate will be creative, energetic, organized and detail oriented. In addition, candidates will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while employing a polished and professional approach. Ideally, you will have demonstrated in your background: Detail oriented and excited to embrace multiple and ever-changing priorities. Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Thoroughly enjoy working with people. Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Enthusiasm, attention to detail and flexibility are important and required. Excellent follow through, interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service oriented with a positive can-do attitude. Possess a sense of humor, love being part of a small company, and always be a team player. Highly organized with good problem solving skills. Computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
