$24.00 - $32.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are a fire restoration company that specializes in rebuilding homes after fire damage. We are looking for a Data Entry/Materials Coordinator who is highly organized, personable, and skilled in customer communication and accurate data entry. This role works directly with homeowners to guide them through the material selection process during the rebuilding of their home. The position will meet with clients and help them select replacement materials such as flooring, paint colors, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, appliances, and other finish items. The ideal candidate is comfortable working closely with people, listening to their preferences, entering data and helping customers make confident decisions during what can often be a stressful time. Once materials are selected and approved, the Data Entry/ Material Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing those materials to ensure they are ready for production and installation. Experience or interest in interior design is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive client experience are essential for this role.
