Provides input to project objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables, and budgets. Identifies issues or conflicts and escalates to Project Manager. Conducts analysis and prepares presentations. Provides input to courses of action; assists with decisions establishing and changing project direction. Applies advanced in-depth knowledge of project management support principles Proactive in addressing project team needs and providing reminders; good communicator, both written and verbally. Will be interacting and coordinating with outside agencies, licensing, and project teams. Recognizes verbal cues in meetings (action items, requests, additional meetings to be setup, etc.). Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently. Ability to adapt and reprioritize on a day-to-day basis depending on new or existing challenges that may arise. Applies knowledge of project management support principles. Proactive in addressing project team needs and sends reminders - good communicator, both written and verbally. Proactive; accomplishes results through own efforts. Associate degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Possesses 5+ years' project support experience. Possesses 2+ years' project management experience. Electric utilities experience is preferred. Advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Strong interpersonal skills. Identifies problems and solutions. Provides input to project objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables, and budgets. Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts among team members and, if needed, escalates to Project Manager. Conducts analysis and prepares presentations Exercises independent judgment and discretion to advise and recommend courses of action. Applies advanced in-depth knowledge of project management support principles Proactive in addressing project team needs and providing reminders; good communicator, both written and verbally. Will be interacting and coordinating with outside agencies, licensing, and project teams. Customer focused with ability to understand and appropriately respond to internal and external stakeholders' business needs. Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently Ability to adapt and reprioritize on a day-to-day basis depending on new or existing challenges that may arise Strong interpersonal skills The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
