PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly motivated Senior ISC Project Management Specialist to support critical customer requirements through project execution, material readiness planning, and cross-functional coordination. This role serves as a vital link between Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Operations teams to ensure customermitments are met while proactively addressing risks and operational challenges.

What You'll Do

Project Management & Execution

Lead and coordinate projects from initiation throughpletion.

Establish project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Monitor progress and drive accountability across project teams.

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on customermitments and business objectives.

Material Readiness & Build Planning

Drive build plans and material readiness activities to support critical customer requirements.

Coordinate with planning, procurement, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure material availability.

Identify supply chain constraints and proactively address risks before they impact delivery.

Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Customer Operations and cross-functional stakeholders.

Align priorities and execution plans to support deliverymitments.

Facilitatemunication between operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.

Serve as a key liaison to ensure expectations and deliverables remain on track.

Risk Mitigation & Recovery Planning

Develop and implement recovery plans to address:

Material shortages

Production constraints

Supply chain disruptions

Operational challenges

Identify risks early and lead mitigation efforts.

Drive problem-solving activities to minimize business impact and improve oues.

ing & Continuous Improvement

Prepare project status updates, KPIs, and executive-level reports.

Monitor project performance and rmend corrective actions when needed.

Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance:

Productivity

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in:

Business

Supply Chain

Engineering

Project Management

Related field preferred

4-6+ years of experience in:

Project Management

Supply Chain

Operations

Manufacturing

Related disciplines

Experience leading cross-functional projects and managingpeting priorities.

Strong analytical,anizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and writtenmunication abilities.

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a matrixed environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of:

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.

Pay Details:

$42.80 per hour
