Job Description

Summary Description:
Work within a team environment to ensure projects time and on schedule by monitoring builder portals, emails are completed on, and/or other forms of communications and responding as needed.
Duties:
Respond to builder emails daily. Update schedules as needed. Order parts as needed but within 48 hrs. of receipt. Approve and proof job folders daily. Follow up on any download delay emails and ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Check Field Coordination Dashboard and complete updates daily as needed. Attend all required builder meetings with competed updates. Send schedules for manufacturing 2 days before builder meeting. Order parts and schedule service and warranty appointments. Close out installation and service work orders within 48 hrs. Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of computers. Phone / email etiquette. Ability to work as a team. Ability to perform multiple duties. Organized Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equal
