Role Description This full-time, on-site Water Mitigation Project Manager role is based in San Marcos, CA. The Water Mitigation Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of water damage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion. Daily responsibilities include assessing property damage, developing mitigation plans, scheduling and directing field crews, and monitoring progress to ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines are met. The role interacts regularly with customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and internal teams to communicate scope of work, manage expectations, and resolve issues. The Water Mitigation Project Manager also maintains detailed project documentation, supports logistics for equipment and materials, and ensures adherence to company procedures and industry regulations. Qualifications Demonstrated Project Management abilities, including planning, scheduling, budget awareness, and oversight of multiple jobs simultaneously. Background in Inspection and quality control to accurately assess water damage, document findings, and verify completion of mitigation work. Logistics Management skills to organize crews, job sites, and transportation, ensuring timely response and project completion. Knowledge of water mitigation, restoration, or construction practices and related safety standards.
