Project Manager
Support definingobjectives, decision-making processes, schedules,budgetsand success factors.
Assistteam by providing clarity on what theobjectivesare for an assignment, how decisions will be made, development of schedules and budgets, and what critical success factors the client is trying to achieve.
Develop clear assumptions and limitations and set realistic expectations and a solid pathway todeliveringquality work successfully.
Recommend andassistimplementation ofscheduledelaymitigation measuresasneeded.
Managebudgeton project tomeetplannedproject performance metrics.
Identifyand recommendchangemanagement, in collaboration with project team, prepare the scope and budget for the changeorder, and gain client endorsement and approval for the change to minimize financial and execution risk to BC.
Identifyand escalate risks, collaborate withteamsto prepare mitigation strategies for each risk, monetization of each risk, and update the risk profile on the project throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Lead development and implementation of health and safety plans per theprojectspecific requirements.
Monitor profitability through routine earned value analysis and compliance, business revenueforecastingandtimelyinvoicing/collections.
Monitor and share clients' critical success factorsforproject success and client satisfaction. Flexibility to adapt and execute variousadditionalassignments based on evolving needs. Mentorship May provide mentorship, guidance,supportand knowledge-sharing to help less experienced team members develop their skills and grow in their roles. Skills and Competencies Solid knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including project planning, budgetmanagementand risk management. Quality Management:

Education Abachelor's degreeinprojectmanagement,engineering,or businessadministrationor equivalent relevant experience isrequired. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure for the private sector MS in engineering PE registration Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with construction and/or operations phase of water treatment projects. High level of emotional intelligence Process engineering for treatment of water and wastewater Design delivery Private Sector market perspective- especially Energy, data centers, or mining Nation-wide experience and network and willing to travel throughout the US. Salary Range:
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.Location A:
$95,000- $129,000
Location B:
$104,000- $142,000
Location C:
