This position is designed for a high-performing coordinator who can take ownership of both financial controls and daily operations , and grow into an Operations Manager as the company scales. You will directly impact profitability, job flow, and execution .
Financial Control & Job Costing Own AP/AR:
subcontractor pay, invoicing, collections Track job costs and protect margins Support payroll and labor cost tracking Identify cost overruns and inefficiencies early Operations & Execution Coordinate installers, vendors, and schedules Manage material ordering (flooring, tile, countertops) Ensure jobs stay on track with timelines and budgets Solve problems in real-time — materials, labor, scheduling Systems & Process Ownership Run and improve systems (QuickBooks, spreadsheets, vendor portals) Create and manage POs, WOs, and project tracking Keep projects clean, organized, and documented Help build better processes as we grow Who This Is For You've worked in construction, trades, or a service business You understand job costing, AP/AR, and how projects make money You're highly organized but also take initiative and solve problems You can manage multiple jobs without dropping the ball You're comfortable owning responsibility — not just taking direction Bonus Points Strong job costing experience Experience working directly with subcontractors Process improvement mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation & Growth Path $55,000 - $70,000 base (based on experience) Performance-based growth opportunities Clear path to Operations Manager role as you prove capability Why This Role Is Different You're not stuck doing admin work — you're running the engine of the business Direct access to ownership and decision-making Real opportunity to grow into leadership Your performance will directly impact your growth
