Position Summary The Project Manager - Industrial Automation leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of automation and controls projects across the full lifecycle: design, procurement, fabrication, testing, commissioning, and turnover. Key Responsibilities Lead automation and controls projects from kickoff through commissioning and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts. Coordinate engineering deliverables including P&IDs, I/O lists, control narratives, cause‑and‑effect matrices, network architectures, and FAT/SAT documentation. Manage procurement of instrumentation, control panels, networking hardware, and automation components. Oversee panel fabrication, staging, and testing activities with internal and external vendors. Support field execution, commissioning, and startup activities as needed. Uphold and improve quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards Requirements Skills Mastery 5+ years of experience managing industrial automation, controls, or instrumentation projects. Strong understanding of
PLC/HMI/SCADA
systems (Rockwell, Siemens, or similar). Familiarity with EPC project workflows, engineering deliverables, and construction interfaces. Experience with industrial instrumentation, control panels, and field commissioning. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control system documentation.
