95k-135k Position Overview The Premier Group is partnering with an established commercial general contractor with operations in Colorado Springs and Denver to identify an experienced Project Manager. This is an opportunity to join a team delivering complex ground-up commercial projects across hospitality, secure/SCIF facilities, mission-critical, healthcare, education, government, senior living, office and retail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and be comfortable taking ownership of contracts, budgets, buyout, cost control, change orders, schedules and client relationships. What You'll Do Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee project budgets, contracts, buyout, cost control and financial projections. Review plans, specifications and contract documents. Negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders. Manage owner pay applications and monthly project reporting. Partner closely with the Superintendent to maintain project schedules. Communicate with owners, architects, subcontractors and internal leadership. Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and profitability. Maintain project quality, safety and compliance standards. What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience. Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, buyout and cost control. Experience with construction management software such as Procore preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. OSHA 30 preferred/required, depending on client requirements. Ability to travel throughout Colorado as needed. Retail Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$95,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
