This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success through strategic planning, meticulous coordination, and effective leadership. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality and safety across all projects. Duties Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to schematics, blueprints, contracts, and safety protocols Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, HeavyBid analysis, and contract negotiations Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Construction management software for document control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitor project budgets and timelines diligently while managing risks and resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track Skills Extensive experience with construction site management and project coordination in heavy civil or commercial projects Proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera P3, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Bluebeam Revu, ProCore or similar construction management software Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of contracts law and experience managing contract negotiations and compliance Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Proven leadership skills in guiding teams through complex projects while fostering collaboration and accountability Familiarity with construction estimating processes and project scheduling methodologies Join us if you're ready to lead impactful projects with energy and precision!
