We are looking for a passionate Project Coordinator Professional in Denver, CO who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. Key Expectations Community and client facing role; experience with managing multiple stakeholders Supporting meeting facilitation and community information gathering Supporting Data and Records Management Operational Support & Governance Support initiative business operations, governance alignment, and internal process consistency. Track deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines in support of initiative execution. Internal Meeting & Workflow Support Support scheduling, agenda development, documentation, and follow-up for internal related meetings tied to the GPC initiative. Assist with TIP alignment discussions and updates as required. Meeting Commitments Participating in internal meetings as needed, scheduling, coordinating, creating draft loop agenda, documenting follow up items/next steps.
