Full-Time Location:

Edwards, Colorado Genesis Innovations is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Design Coordinator to support our growing design and sales team. This role is responsible for managing the execution side of projects after the sale is made, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from specification through installation. Applicants must be local to the area. Responsibilities Manage projects from sale through installation Finalize specifications and enter customer orders Track orders and maintain project documentation Coordinate installation schedules with production teams Serve as the primary customer contact after the sale Support showroom operations and assist walk-in customers Partner closely with Design Consultants to keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications Must reside in the Vail Valley area or be willing to relocate Strong organizational and follow-through skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Experience in design, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, retail, construction, or project coordination is a plus Design and product knowledge preferred but not required What We Offer Hands-on experience in the full sales-to-install process Direct mentorship from experienced design professionals Career growth opportunities into Design Consultant or project management roles A collaborative, team-oriented environment Competitive compensation and benefits About You You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers. Pay:

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
