full-time Position Overview Our client is seeking a Project Controls/Prevailing Wage Administrator to support a large-scale construction project in Colorado. This position has been created due to the evolution of the EPC scope and the introduction of asset-level prevailing wage requirements on a project where these reporting processes are being developed and refined in real time. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of prevailing wage data received from contractors and subcontractors on site. The successful candidate will work closely with project management, construction leadership, and EPC personnel to verify workforce reporting, reconcile daily project activity, and support overall project administration efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting construction projects in renewable energy, utilities, oil & gas, industrial, or infrastructure environments and possess strong organizational and data management skills. Key Responsibilities Collect, review, and maintain prevailing wage reporting from contractors and subcontractors. Verify workforce reporting accuracy and ensure compliance with project requirements. Reconcile prevailing wage submissions against project activity and daily field reports. Track labor classifications, hours worked, and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate records and reporting logs. Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with project stakeholders. Compile and organize reporting data received from EPC contractors. Support compliance documentation and audit readiness. Provide administrative support to project leadership. Maintain project records, tracking logs, and documentation. Assist with report preparation and project correspondence. Coordinate information between field personnel, contractors, and project management teams. Support weekly and monthly reporting requirements. Walk the construction site regularly to observe work activities. Verify daily work progress and compare field observations against contractor reports. Assist in reconciliation of daily Plans of the Day (PODs) and workforce reporting. Participate in weekly coordination meetings and monthly project reviews. Collaborate directly with construction personnel and contractor representatives. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project administration, document control, project coordination, project controls support, construction administration, or a related function. Experience supporting construction, utility, industrial, oil & gas, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of project data. Experience collecting, organizing, and validating reporting information from multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work effectively in an active construction environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Central Colorado Preferred Qualifications Experience with prevailing wage reporting and compliance. Utility-scale renewable energy or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project experience. Project controls experience. Construction site administration experience. Experience supporting EPC projects. Familiarity with workforce reporting and contractor documentation management. Work Environment Combination of office/trailer-based work and field activities. Regular site walks required. Standard construction-site PPE required. No significant physical requirements beyond walking the construction site and observing work activities.
