Position:

ERP Project Manager Compensation:

$60 - $80 /hour, depending on experience

Golden, Colorado Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ERP Project Manager to join their team! This is an exciting contract opportunity to support a major enterprise-wide Workday implementation. You'll play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams, keeping timelines on track, and helping ensure a smooth transition through critical go-live phases. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead cross-functional project teams through implementation activities Support planning and execution of go-live cutover tasks Manage temporary processes during the transition period Track project schedules, risks, issues, and action items Coordinate communication across internal teams and external vendors Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions Monitor post-go-live feedback and prioritize improvement items Support change management and process improvement efforts Escalate project risks and delays when needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of project coordination or project management experience Experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects Background in ERP implementations preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead collaborative, cross-functional teams Experience with cutover planning and change control Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Workday implementation experience Public sector or K-12 experience PeopleSoft migration experience PMP, CSM, or similar certification HR, payroll, finance, or budgeting project exposure Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies
