Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to project managers by coordinating project installation, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. You will be a central point of contact for customers, helping drive project success from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities Communication & Customer Service Manage a multi-line telephone system, handling customer inquiries on current and future projects with professionalism. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service needs, replying to new inquiries promptly. Maintain regular communication with the Front Office to verify receipt of payments and project status. Scheduling & Coordination Coordinate and schedule job measures and installations with each Project Manager. Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays early to escalate as needed. Estimating & Project Support Assist with estimating by quoting new work and following up on open quotes. Assist in ordering glass and hardware as needed for jobs once deposits have been received. Manage notes, documentation, and communications within the company's "SmartGlazier Toolbox" management software. General Assistance Directly helping Project Managers with additional tasks as needed Helping the front office as needed
Candidate Requirements Skills & Experience Language:
Must speak fluent English.Communication:
Comfortable and proficient with a multi-line telephone system and high-volume customer service.Technical Proficiency:
Strong familiarity with the Google Workspace environment (Gmail, Google Sheets, Drive).Adaptability:
Ability to learn new software (such as Toolbox or construction management tools) and internal processes quickly.Organization:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks effectively.Education:
Must be a high school graduate, some college preferredProfessional Standards Reliability:
