Compensation:

$85,000-$115,000 About the Role We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple commercial AV and low-voltage projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys managing both field teams and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously from start to finish Own project budgets, schedules, and overall profitability Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors Track and manage change orders and project scope Lead communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams Conduct site visits and oversee field execution Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and billing Oversee system commissioning, closeout, and client handoff Qualifications 3-5+ years of project management experience in AV, low-voltage, or related construction environments Experience managing multiple concurrent projects Strong understanding of structured cabling, AV systems, or similar technologies Proven ability to manage budgets and project costs Experience leading field teams or technicians Strong communication and organizational skills Nice to Have Industry certifications (CTS, PMP, OSHA, etc.) Experience with AV or project management software tools Exposure to networked AV, collaboration tools, or integrated systems
