You will play a vital role in supporting full-scope cast-in-place concrete construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout. Working as an employee-owner, you will collaborate with lead project managers and field staff to deliver high-quality structures. Impact:
Manage and organize critical project documents, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings. Maintain digital project management platforms like PlanGrid and Procore to ensure real-time accuracy across teams. Develop detailed formwork shop drawings using CAD to support accurate field execution. Draft, track, and process project change orders to maintain financial and operational alignment. Maintain city license and permit logs to ensure full regulatory compliance across all project sites. Coordinate clear communication channels between field crews, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Support the compilation and delivery of comprehensive closeout documentation upon project completion.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
1-3 years of professional experience in the construction industry. Ability to interpret complex construction drawing sets, including Architectural, Civil, Landscape, and Structural plans. Strong organizational, time management, and written or verbal communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook. Demonstrated history of integrity, ethical standards, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Direct experience drafting formwork shop drawings using CAD software. Working knowledge of PlanGrid and Procore project management software platforms. Prior experience working on turnkey, cast-in-place concrete construction projects.
