Job Description
4-6 month Assignment Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Coordinator to manage incoming vendor pricing updates across both SAP and Segmentation, ensuring alignment and data integrity. This individual will also support the migration of supplier terms and conditions currently housed in SharePoint into SAP. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process of vendor price maintenance within SAP, including creating and updating Purchase Info Records and Pricing Condition Records Manage the end-to-end process of vendor price maintenance within legacy internal system UI data entry, including creating and updating records Manage Sales Pricing for products that require restricted pricing aligned with purchasing Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors for all pricing-related inquiries and discrepancies Ensure all vendor pricing, payment terms, and minimum order quantities are compliant with company policies and legal requirements Maintain Vendor general data including vendor material numbers, contact information, standard ordering units, and supply availability Analyze reports on pricing accuracy, vendor performance, and cost trends using SAP data, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI Participate in SAP system enhancements and upgrades, including testing new functionalities and providing end-user feedback. Proactively monitor vendor price lists for renewals or expiration, initiating follow up with procurement leads when necessary
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or contract administration role within a company that uses SAP SAP expertise: In-depth functional knowledge of SAP ERP systems, with specific expertise in Materials Management (MM) and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes Technical skills: Strong analytical and data management skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Business knowledge: Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and basic financial concepts Soft skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detailJob Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:
