Job Description The MEP Project Manager will report to senior project leadership and take ownership of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related building systems activities throughout project delivery. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful coordination, schedule adherence, quality, and commissioning efforts. Manage all MEP activities from preconstruction through project completion. Coordinate contractors, consultants, design teams, and field operations. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings. Monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, and installation activities. Lead issue resolution and ensure seamless coordination between trades. Support testing, commissioning, and project turnover activities. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant For the MEP Project Manager we are seeking: Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on large commercial construction projects. Hospitality, resort, hotel, mixed-use, healthcare, mission-critical, or complex commercial project experience preferred. Experience supporting projects valued at $100 million or greater. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems integration. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and ownership groups. Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment and progression. Willingness to relocate for a multi-year project assignment. What's on
