We are seeking a driven Project Manager II to lead industrial construction projects generally ranging from $1M to $10M. Projects may include facility expansions, greenfield and brownfield construction, process piping systems, structural steel erection, equipment installations, heavy rigging activities, maintenance outages, and capital improvement programs. Direct mentorship and opportunity to progress into PM III and senior leadership roles. What You'll Do Lead all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Champion ICM's safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company and client safety standards. Coordinate self-perform craft resources, subcontractors and vendors. Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, billing, pay applications and cost controls. Lead kickoffs, coordination meetings and client communications. Support structural steel, mechanical, piping, equipment installation and industrial maintenance projects. Identify and proactively mitigate scope, schedule, manpower and financial risks. Mentor PM I and Project Engineering team members. Drive successful project closeout and client satisfaction. Estimating & Change Management Prepare and review estimates using WinEst, develop proposals and scope clarifications, evaluate vendor and subcontractor bids, manage RFC documentation and support change order negotiations. Contract Review & Risk Management Interpret contract requirements, insurance obligations, bonding requirements and commercial risks. Escalate concerns appropriately and participate in contract negotiations as needed.
What You'll Bring Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 3-7 years of progressive industrial project management experience. Experience working with self-perform construction operations preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong knowledge of industrial construction means and methods, contract administration, project controls and scheduling.
Technical Aptitude:
Proficiency in Primavera P6, WinEst, ComputerEase, and Microsoft Office Suite.
