We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead major industrial construction projects typically exceeding $10 million. Projects may include facility expansions, greenfield and brownfield construction, process piping systems, structural steel erection, heavy rigging, equipment installations, maintenance outages and capital improvement programs. Strategic Influence:

Contribute to resource planning, process improvements, and organizational strategy. What You'll Do Lead all phases of industrial construction projects from preconstruction planning through commissioning and closeout. Manage large-scale capital projects involving structural steel, mechanical systems, process piping, equipment installation, heavy rigging, industrial maintenance, and facility upgrades. Drive ICM's safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all client, company, and regulatory requirements. Direct project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, earned value analysis, cost controls, and profitability management. Coordinate self-perform craft resources and subcontractors to maximize productivity, optimize safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance. Establish and maintain project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and other planning tools. Build trusted relationships with owners, engineers, vendors, and strategic partners. Lead contract administration activities, including scope management, change order negotiations, claims avoidance, and risk mitigation. Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership personnel while supporting succession planning efforts. Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes. Estimating & Change Management Lead estimating strategy, review large-scale estimates, negotiate changes, and manage RFCs and cost updates. Contract Review & Risk Management Evaluate contract terms, insurance requirements, bonding, risk exposure, indemnification, retention and taxability provisions. Lead negotiations and proactive risk mitigation.

What You'll Bring Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 7+ years of industrial construction project management experience. Demonstrated success managing projects exceeding $10 million in heavy industrial, manufacturing, power generation, mining, food processing, pharmaceutical, or similar industrial environments. Experience leading self-perform construction operations. Strong understanding of structural steel, mechanical systems, piping, equipment installation, outage work, or industrial process facilities. Advanced expertise in contract management, financial forecasting, cost control, scheduling, and risk management. Ability to develop long-term client partnerships and identify opportunities for future project work. Proven leadership capability managing project teams and mentoring developing professionals.

Technical Aptitude:

Proficiency in Primavera P6, WinEst, ComputerEase, and Microsoft Office.
