Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse landscaping projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape outdoor environments, manage skilled teams, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. As a key leader in our organization, you will coordinate all aspects of landscaping initiatives, including design, installation, maintenance, and client communication. Your expertise in horticulture, construction, and landscape maintenance will drive successful project outcomes and foster long-term client relationships. Duties Plan, organize, and execute landscaping projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget Supervise and coordinate teams of landscapers, horticulturists, and maintenance staff to achieve project goals Oversee landscape installation activities such as lawn care, tree care, irrigation setup, gardening, and hardscape construction Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and develop detailed work plans Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for each project phase Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction Manage company vehicle and maintenance provided by the company Requirements Proven experience supervising landscaping or horticultural projects with a strong background in landscape maintenance and construction Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, tree care practices, and gardening methods Familiarity with horticulture principles and plant health management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills for planning resources, timelines, and budgets effectively Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members clearly and professionally Ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands while maintaining high standards of quality Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces!
