Valid Colorado driver's license and ability to travel within the District's service area. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential. Experience with grant administration and reporting for public safety or healthcare organizations. Familiarity with special district governance and Colorado local government operations. Background in EMS, fire service, or healthcare operations.
