Job Description
- Job Overview
- This position has a base pay and earns commission, potential to make over $100,000/annual. The Remediation Project Manager will oversee and manage environmental cleanup projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and completion within specified timelines.
- Duties
- Develop and implement remediation plans for contaminated sites
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effective and timely completion
- Supervise onsite remediation activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings
- Utilize construction management software such as Xactimate project tracking
- Skills
- Proficient in project management techniques
- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Experience working on construction sites and managing remediation activities
- Experience in Large Loss and chasing fires is a huge plus.

Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00- $80,000.
