Project Coordinator Location:
Easton, CT Join a Growing Construction Team We're looking for a Project Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting residential and high-end residential construction projects throughout Connecticut and New England. What You'll Do As a Project Coordinator, you'll be a key contributor to the success of multiple construction projects by helping manage documentation, schedules, procurement, and day-to-day project activities.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate project documentation, records, work orders, and project files throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and communication between office and field teams. Support estimating, procurement, and purchasing activities to help keep projects moving efficiently. Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, project reports, and construction documentation. Review and process project-related information within Buildertrend and other company systems. Assist with payroll and time-entry verification to ensure accurate project and labor tracking. Coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up on outstanding project tasks. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments. Maintain accurate records and ensure project information is current, organized, and accessible. Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational efficiency initiatives. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, office operations, or administrative support. Experience supporting residential, custom home, or construction projects preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Buildertrend, Sage, or similar construction management software is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with construction processes, scheduling, purchasing, contracts, or project documentation preferred. Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
