Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent project management software; coordinate construction schedule activities across teams Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid or similar tools Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project progress Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance and regulatory adherence; conduct site inspections regularly Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes Lead project teams by assigning tasks, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence in construction management Requirements Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong emphasis on project scheduling and cost management Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance procedures Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; experience with construction plans development is essential Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role; excellent communication skills for effective project coordination Hands-on construction site experience coupled with expertise in managing budgets and schedules effectively Ability to navigate contracts negotiations and manage project scope changes efficiently Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and familiarity with managing multiple projects simultaneously Join us as a Senior Project Manager to lead impactful projects that shape our communities.
