Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager I for a top utility infrastructure client. This candidate will be responsible for leading capital projects supporting transmission, distribution, substation, generation, and overhead electrical systems. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication while coordinating closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and operations teams. The ideal candidate brings utility or infrastructure project management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to successfully drive projects from conception through execution in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity offers exposure to critical energy infrastructure initiatives and provides a strong platform for continued growth within utility project management. - Experience supporting utility, power delivery, engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of transmission, distribution, substation, generation, or related utility environments
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgets
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple project activities from planning through execution
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams
- Strong risk identification and mitigation experience
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience working in fast-paced utility or infrastructure environments
