Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of projects by helping organize timelines, resources, communications, documentation, and deliverables. This role works closely with project managers, team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and information is clearly communicated. Assist with project planning, and coordination from start to finish Maintain project timelines, calendars, task lists, and status updates Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and action items Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on next steps Communicate project updates to internal teams and leadership. Help identify project risks, delays, or issues and escalate them as needed Maintain organized project files, reports, budgets, and documentation Support purchasing, invoice tracking, contracts, or vendor coordination when needed Ensure team members provide the information, materials, and resources needed to complete their work Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries related to project status Help improve project workflows, communication, and documentation processes
